Raw mango kadhi [pulse-vegetable]

m flour - 1 raw mango - 2 tbsp Oil - 2 finely chopped green chillies - 10-12 Curry leaves - Pinch beef - half teaspoon cumin seed - half teaspoon turmeric powder - One teaspoon chilli - Salt as per taste - According to the water requirement


Method:: First, peel the raw mango and peel it. - Now cut the mangoes small. - Put oil in a pan and keep the medium flame in order to heat it. - When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds. - When cumin seeds are cracked, add mango, green chilly to the pan and cook it while running. After that, put 1 small cup of water in the pan and close the lid so that mango pieces are cooked. - As long as the mango is cooked, you prepare the gram flour. - In 4-5 minutes, there will be mangoes. After that put the gram flour mixture and keep the kadhi running slowly. When it comes to boil in curry, add salt and red chili in it. - Heat the oil in the pan in the pan. When the oil becomes hot, add cumin seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves. Put the prepared chopped on the curry and close the flame. - Raw mango kadhi is ready. Eat it with rice.
